This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealership. I have always had good customer service and good experiences here. My sales consultant, Paul Caesar, took the customer service experience to the next level! I was not planning to purchase a new vehicle until next summer. My husband had my 2004 Avalon in for service and was "shopping" while waiting on the car. Paul explained all the features and the differences in the models of the Avalon. My husband told him that he was just window shopping and that we would purchase next year. With no pressure, Paul offered to show my husband a demo model that was being offered at an incredible deal. My husband called me to drive to Cleveland (live in Hixson) to see car. As I was unable to do so at the time, Paul brought the car to me in Hixson to test drive! He explained all the features and I was in love! We returned to Cleveland for a seamlessly smooth transaction. Everyone involved at the dealership was extremely helpful and nice. Joey Abdullah, who dealt with the trade in, and Paul Covington who helped us with financing were both personal and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better sales consultant.
