My most recent car purchase was a 2019 Tahoe at Phillips and I must say the experience was a great one. My salesperson, Nicole S., was incredibly nice and helpful from the moment I stopped in to walking out with my new car keys in hand. She helped show me how to work all the new features on my new truck and even helped set up the onstar! I also worked with Brian McMahon, who was also great. I never felt pressured into purchasing and both Nicole and Brian were patient with me while I made the decision to purchase the new truck. Once in the finance office, Anthony, was also super helpful and friendly. Each of my visits to the dealership were great and I highly recommend this dealership to others. The staff there was even kind enough to help entertain my daughter while I was working on my purchase! Thank you Phillips for such a great experience buying my new truck- I love my new Tahoe!! (Prior to this I was a ford only customer too!!) More

He is curtious, respectful, personable, has a great sense of humoe and general has an interest in how your doing/how you've been. We wanted to see what ou My husband and I stopped in at Phillip’s Chevrolet in Frankfort Monday night with no intentions on purchasing a car that day. We wanted to see what our options were in our budget. We walked around the lot for about 10minutes or so un bothered by pressure from a sales associate and then Rami walked over to us, asked if we were being helped we said no so he jumped right in. He treated us like family and only recommend cars that he would recommend to his sister since he knew the car was for me. We didn’t have to be talked into anything, we were being given facts as he wasn’t learning them because the car had not yet been listed since it was new tic the lot. All in all he calmed my nerves of making such an important decision. I really felt taken care of. I could have appreciated all that Rami did for us more. In the end we hugged it out and drove away in a beautiful SUV. More

2017 Sonic Purchase We had a really easy, hassle free experience with our salesman, Chris. We had gotten into a car accident Tuesday, discovered the vehicle and came We had a really easy, hassle free experience with our salesman, Chris. We had gotten into a car accident Tuesday, discovered the vehicle and came in Friday evening to see it, and purchased it the next day. On the third day of having the vehicle, we realized there is pretty substantial body damage on the bottom of the passenger side door. Our car was previously a rental vehicle, so someone must have drove up pretty hard on a curb or against a pole, as the paint is scratched off and the body really dented in. We didn't realize this initially as no picture of this was on the website nor was it disclosed to us. We also saw our vehicle the first time in the evening and purchased it on a really cloudy, rainy day. We have had our car for a little over two weeks, and we already have it in getting serviced in a certified Chevy dealer by us due to a bad sensor impacting the thermostat. This issue was discovered a few days after purchase, but we had to wait to get an appointment at this dealer for service. We would recommend Phillips, but we will definitely be much more diligent in questioning and inspecting a vehicle next time. UPDATED REVIEW: Almost immediately after posting our initial review, Andy from Phillip's contacted us regarding the damage to the body of the car. He asked if we'd be able to bring the car in for them to fix, no charge. Phillip's states that they want you to be completely satisfied, and we definitely agree with them following that statement. This was something we do not feel would have happened at any other dealer. We would definitely return here for their dedication to customers. More
