While at Phillips Chevrolet we received excellent customer service from our salesman Nicholas. Nicholas was very attentive to my concerns as I had many. The process took 8 long hours for unknown reasons which I feel needs to be shorten in the future, however; during the wait I feel that the DEALERSHIP should offer complementary snacks or beverages. Our salesman did offer to get us anything we wanted from the vending machine however; I feel that should be the norm of the dealership. Nevertheless; my experience otherwise was excellent. The guys that assisted us was nothing but awesome. We appreciate all the help and all the things they did to make the deal an success. We are both pleased with our 2019 Camaro and Traverse. Thank you guys for all your help and being so welcoming. Especially Nicholas for genuinely taking care of us and all of our concerns. More

That was a breath of fresh air to hear that I wouldn’t have a salesperson trying to sell me on a truck I was already sold on. When it came to talking numbers he immediately got us the best rate that he could find without going back and forth to his managers, trying to squeeze us like everyone else we just got done dealing with that day. And believe me I tried to find someone else that could get me a better deal, it wasn’t out there. When he heard I wish this truck had running boards he through them in with out changing the payment. My most recent car purchase was a 2019 Tahoe at Phillips and I must say the experience was a great one. My salesperson, Nicole S., was incredibly nice and helpful from the moment I stopped in to walking out with my new car keys in hand. She helped show me how to work all the new features on my new truck and even helped set up the onstar! I also worked with Brian McMahon, who was also great. I never felt pressured into purchasing and both Nicole and Brian were patient with me while I made the decision to purchase the new truck. Once in the finance office, Anthony, was also super helpful and friendly. Each of my visits to the dealership were great and I highly recommend this dealership to others. The staff there was even kind enough to help entertain my daughter while I was working on my purchase! Thank you Phillips for such a great experience buying my new truck- I love my new Tahoe!! (Prior to this I was a ford only customer too!!) More

We wanted to see what ou My husband and I stopped in at Phillip’s Chevrolet in Frankfort Monday night with no intentions on purchasing a car that day. We wanted to see what our options were in our budget. We walked around the lot for about 10minutes or so un bothered by pressure from a sales associate and then Rami walked over to us, asked if we were being helped we said no so he jumped right in. He treated us like family and only recommend cars that he would recommend to his sister since he knew the car was for me. We didn’t have to be talked into anything, we were being given facts as he wasn’t learning them because the car had not yet been listed since it was new tic the lot. All in all he calmed my nerves of making such an important decision. I really felt taken care of. I could have appreciated all that Rami did for us more. In the end we hugged it out and drove away in a beautiful SUV. More
