After having an oil change here within 1 week there was oil splatter under my car. I went to another garage and they identified the oil filter was not tightened correctly. Aside from the Porsche and Lamborghini on the showroom floor, it was clean and comfy. I wanted a specie color combo on a Nissan Kicks, and everyone- especially salesman Nicolas bent over backwards to get floor, it was clean and comfy. All the little extra that Lokey provides were explained as were the regular warranty and the Extended one. Mike, the Finance Manager, told us what was available and which things were unnecessary. We left feeling great about Lokey (should call it “Low Key due to no pressure!.” We got the exact car I wanted with the right price and features and the best warrantees. Thanks guys!
