6th Acura in this Household! Came in with an appointment to meet Anthony Pergolizzi (Sales) to look into a new lease. Looked specifically at another RDX. Anthony listened and unde Came in with an appointment to meet Anthony Pergolizzi (Sales) to look into a new lease. Looked specifically at another RDX. Anthony listened and understood what I needed to make the selection and remain with both Acura and Acura Rallye. All a success- an experience that keeps me a loyal customer. In addition, Anthony is a kind person which is important to many. Drove away in my new 2020 RDX! Just a note before leasing/buying from Rallye 3 years ago I had always used Rallye service for the car's yet purchased in Smithtown where my Acura experience began with Rob the owner. People such as Chad and Enza time and time again created an atmosphere of helpfulness while being efficient! More

Outstanding from Beginning to End From the moment I entered the service center, I was impressed by the courteous, efficient manner in which the staff handled the problem, an open recal From the moment I entered the service center, I was impressed by the courteous, efficient manner in which the staff handled the problem, an open recall on my MDX. The work took over an hour, but the renovated sales area proved to be a very comfortable place to wait. Also, I enjoyed talking to Anthony and Julio about the new vehicles. ILX Recall Service on my ILX recall was quick but I didn’t appreciate the price gauging for the “necessary service” the car needed (wipers, oil change and filter Service on my ILX recall was quick but I didn’t appreciate the price gauging for the “necessary service” the car needed (wipers, oil change and filter totaling close to $300). Prices need to be realistic and competitive if you want people to keep coming in for service. I only came because it was a recall. I also met with Anthony about a lease for an MDX but didn’t end up getting it. More
