I showed up expecting to pay for an oil change and tire rotation and ended up paying nothing due to my vehicle having Toyota Care that I knew nothing I showed up expecting to pay for an oil change and tire rotation and ended up paying nothing due to my vehicle having Toyota Care that I knew nothing about. I left with a loaner vehicle, due to my Service Advisor Anthony checking for recalls on my vehicle. Anthony kept updated throughout the entire process.
