The employees are polite. They don't know much about the new vehicles. No one returned phone calls or helped me find the truck I wanted. I was was going to order it from another dealership. When I was at the Lancaster Toyota service center, which is 5 stars, I happen to see the truck I wanted on the showroom floor. I wish the commission went to my service center that keeps my vehicle it top shape. More

We had a nice surprise while visiting Lancaster Toyota. Tony greeted us when we entered the lot, asking what we were looking for. Just browsing, my daughter gave him the specifics of the Toyota CHR (no lon Tony greeted us when we entered the lot, asking what we were looking for. Just browsing, my daughter gave him the specifics of the Toyota CHR (no longer made for the US), she was hoping to find, and her absolute dollar amount for purchase. Needless to say, Tony and Kevin did not disappoint. Tony found us a 2021 Jeep Cherokee within the price range. It met all her criteria and then some. Heated seats, blind spot warnings, and a smooth drive. It wasn't too big and gave her wide visibility. After our test drive, Tony gave us time to think, was not overly pushy, and then guided us through the process. He and the Toyota team took time to answer questions and adjusted to our needs by finding discounts where they could, and were overall reassuring. Service was super. More
