My terrific sales guy Arturo Cisneros created a superb experience for my first Subaru purchase. He worked with me on two different days, patiently educating me about the various models I was interested in experience for my first Subaru purchase. He worked with me on two different days, patiently educating me about the various models I was interested in so that I could knowledgeably make my choice. We test drove several vehicles together and he explained how all the gizmos work and compared the models. I never felt pressured and I especially appreciated that he did not talk down to me on the technical stuff because I am a woman. It was a pleasure working with Arturo and without reservation I’d very highly recommend him as a salesperson to anyone looking for a new Subaru. More

Edge-of-tread tire puncture required tire replacement. Options reviewed. Decision to replace with a "shaved" new tire (would have taken 2-3 days) reversed upon closer examination of tread wear; purchased Options reviewed. Decision to replace with a "shaved" new tire (would have taken 2-3 days) reversed upon closer examination of tread wear; purchased new tire from inventory on hand for much better price than Carr Subaru (closer to home, but ~inferior service and price). Very friendly service reps (as usual!) and very efficient sales/service (also as usual). Thanks! Everyone was great and so helpful. Arturo made sure that I got to see all of my different options and went through them with me thoroughly. He was really nice.
