We test drove several vehicles together and he explained how all the gizmos work and compared the models. I never felt pressured and I especially appreciated that he did not talk down to me on the technical stuff because I am a woman. It was a pleasure working with Arturo and without reservation I’d very highly recommend him as a salesperson to anyone looking for a new Subaru. More

Edge-of-tread tire puncture required tire replacement. Options reviewed. Decision to replace with a "shaved" new tire (would have taken 2-3 days) reversed upon closer examination of tread wear; purchased Options reviewed.
