Fantastic experience buying a car sight unseen across state lines. Johnny and Ash were great to deal with, there was absolutely no pressure throughout the process. Delivery was quick and arrived earlier state lines. Johnny and Ash were great to deal with, there was absolutely no pressure throughout the process. Delivery was quick and arrived earlier than expected (2 days to go from Dallas to Charlotte!) One week time from signing to delivery(Saturday to Saturday). Very responsive, honest, and made sure I had all the information I needed before making a decision. Didn't feel pressured at any point. There are some non-negotiable add-on items, but the vehicle is priced accordingly and they are upfront about everything before you sit down to sign. No surprises on the final paperwork, which I appreciated. Would recommend eCarOne to anyone shopping for a vehicle in the DFW area. A well-run operation with a team that actually respects your time. I'm so thrilled to share that I've just bought my very first electric car! It's practically brand new with only 5,000 miles on it. They have a policy of not reserving cars for more than 24 hours, which I think is great because it allows others to snag a quality vehicle too.
