Based on that, I didn’t hesitate to reach out again when I found a Tesla Model 3 Performance on their lot this week and once again, eCarOne exceeded all expectations. From the moment I sent my inquiry, Kim Tran reached out promptly with a quote for both my trade-in and the Tesla. She made the process incredibly smooth and transparent. When I arrived for the test drive, Kim took the time to explain everything I needed to know about driving my first Tesla and even let me take the car out on my own something that really allowed me to experience the vehicle comfortably. Afterward, we reviewed the numbers together and easily came to a fair agreement. I then had the pleasure of meeting Ash in Finance once again, and just like before, he was absolutely amazing. He patiently walked me through all of the available protection packages, such as GAP and extended warranties, and helped customize them to fit exactly what I needed. On top of that, Ash went above and beyond by not only matching but beating my outside financing offer more than once, making it a no-brainer to finance directly through eCarOne. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail truly made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Finally, I met Rosa, who helped with all of the paperwork. She was friendly, patient, and took her time explaining every document clearly, making the final steps of the process stress-free.
