My husband has been so impressed with my service and reliability of my Subaru, that he switched from his usual vehicle brand and became a Subaru driver. During this sale, the dealership didn't disappoint as we went through the process. We were treated with respect as they paired us with the Subaru to meet our needs and guided us through the sales process. We didn't need all those bartering games as they offered us fair pricing and helped us take advantage of Subaru incentives. Truly the main reason, other than our love for the vehicle, we would always come back. Along with all the expected sales courtesies, I have to single out the person we dealt with in the finance office. His name was Greg, but goes by GI. He went over and above to make my husband and I comfortable during the signing process. During this awful time of the covid-19 spread, he made sure that we were protected and never felt threatened. That was a very big deal to us, being older and having other health issues. He really should be commended. He did a fantastic job upholding social distancing protocol along with using ppe. Worth the wait I met Austin almost a year ago when I started looking at a new Forester. I told him that I wasn't ready to purchase the vehicle yet but I just wanted I met Austin almost a year ago when I started looking at a new Forester. Austin went over all the features and didn't short change me because I wasn't buying that day. Almost a year later, I went back and asked for Austin because he didn't hound me like a lot of other salesmen and he never rushed me.
