My service guy, Austin, listened to my description of the issue (weird fluttering/rattling noise coming from underneath, on the right side), did the paperwork, and sent me off to the waiting area (pretty com issue (weird fluttering/rattling noise coming from underneath, on the right side), did the paperwork, and sent me off to the waiting area (pretty comfy there, actually). HAD VEHICLE FOR TWO DAYS AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS - HAD TO CALL TOYOTA. RECEIVED CALL VEHICLE IS READY. PICKED UP THE VEHICLE AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT THE PROB PROBLEM WAS - HAD TO CALL TOYOTA. RECEIVED CALL VEHICLE IS READY. PICKED UP THE VEHICLE AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. I like the level of service but some of the employees inside seem disconnected especially at the cashier. Service is amazing. Lot is small, and the inventory is ok. I wish they would bring in more trucks and the larger SUV's from the back lot. I also feel their prices are still inflated from the Covid hangover. Its strange I can go to Toyota.com and price a vehicle and its in some cases $20K more in the lot. I am not interested in paying dealer fees, give me a better price. More
