I figured out that my new RAV4 had an alignment issue since it doesn't go straight when the steering wheel is centered. Scheduling online was very easy, and the technician I met on my appointment - Austin Meek is a nice and helpful person. He also explained that the car was still under warranty, so I would be covered. The car was fixed after 1h30 minutes, which I would say that it is quite a long time, but I understand since there are many customers waiting. However, the car is good now. I haven't experienced steering issues anymore, and I am happy. Maybe the dealer should check these issues before delivering the new car.
