Not a pleasant experience. ..over 5 hours dealing with a tire that never got fixed. Never even received a quote for the tire but they did offer a road hazard plan for $977. Austin was great on the phone and when I came in. He gave me info on the phone to help me get my car started and was great when I arrived. Not only did I need a a new battery, but also back bra He gave me info on the phone to help me get my car started and was great when I arrived. Not only did I need a a new battery, but also back brakes (which had made a strange as I was backing up). He called a mechanic from the work area and had him check my brakes which made me feel like it truly was a problem that needed fixing. He also got me out of there as quickly as possible. Great service! I've been taking my cars there for almost 30 years! More
