Austin did an outstanding job of explaining the features and benefits of the F-150 and was never pushy. Billy was nice to work with when it came down to the final negotiations. Serv was CRAP! !!! Asked for new tires when I purchased the vehicle, as there was no tread on the current tires.Tires were put on, but not balanced. Tires that were !!! Asked for new tires when I purchased the vehicle, as there was no tread on the current tires.Tires were put on, but not balanced. Tires that were put on were crap, vehicle vibrated and was hard to steer, even after balancing. Was promised would order new tires. Waited 2wks for replacement tires!!!! Was called to set appointment to put on tires. Dropped off vehicle the night before for a 7 AM appointment. Never heard from dealership all day, even after four phone calls to them. No one called to update. On the fifth phone call (5:15pm) was told they had the wrong tires!!!! And had to re-order. Received call following morning that vehicle was finished. Asked if washer fluid had been topped off was told yes. When I picked up the vehicle, washer fluid had not been topped off, reservoir was still empty. In addition, the tires were dirty and the wheels had been scratched!!! do not understand how a vehicle can go through a” 40 point inspection” and the fluids are not topped off!!!! in addition to installing tires that are not balanced, then ordering tires that will not fit the vehicle. Then……scratching the wheels and not wiping of the dirt from the tires (the tires looked USED ) Tire installation is not rocket science!! NOT happy at all! If it was not for Joe Herx I would write this is zero!!!!! More

We will be recommending to our family & friends that they first check out Joe Machens Capital City Ford and most definitely ask for Austin Radmacher. If it was not for Austin, we would have written-off the first check out Joe Machens Capital City Ford and most definitely ask for Austin Radmacher. If it was not for Austin, we would have written-off the overall Joe Machens dealership because of the experience we had with the branch in Columbia, MO in October. We only meet Billy Underwood briefly, but spoke with him several times on Tuesday. After I explained what happened at the Columbia Branch, he assured us that the vehicle we selected would not be sold to someone else that it had been pulled and he followed up with the finance department several times to make sure that they sent the Deposit payment link and your offer to finance the vehicle. As far as your finance department, I felt the first gentleman in finance was very slow to respond, we expected to hear from them first thing in the morning for the deposit link and no later than 1 on Tuesday for finance options. It was 4 or 5 pm and it was only after my second call and speaking with Billy. First guy from finance was out on Wednesday and I spoke with Jason Hicks; he was apologetic and got me the information I needed for our bank in a timely manner. Still waiting to receive by email the detail information on the Ford Extended Warranty packages Jason shared with us on Saturday to compare to our bank's extended warranty package. Just a thought, this should have been offered to us on Tuesday along with an improvement in presenting your company's financial offer so we could have compared before deciding on which financial institue we were going with. We did not select your because how the first person handled, seemed rushed only done because Billy kept having to ask for it. More

Nice selection of used and new vehicles but service dependent leaves a lot to be desired. They follow some strange Ford Motor Company protocol when repairs are needed and it takes 4 times longer than n dependent leaves a lot to be desired.
