However since the dealer was short staffed, I spent more time waiting due to Rob and Tony dealing with many customers at the same time. I am sure this is not a normal situation, as they kept apologizing for having my wait. I believe I was fairly and respectfully treated and received a fair deal. The dealer is not close to my home but the sport trim on the Fusion is hard to find. I would recommend Rob and MB of Hagerstown to friends and family. More

Mike was delightful throughout the process and bless his soul he patiently answered all of my questions and spent a good chunk of time making sure I understood the car. I take all my MBs to this dealership for service not because they do a good sales job but they have an exceptional service center. Overall this dealership is a total package. I live in the Washington metro area and I drive 100 miles to buy my MBs from this dealership as well as service them here. That should tell you about the quality of the people that work here.
