We had the best experience at Galleria BMW. Purchased a ‘26 x5 for myself. Started out online shopping and dealing with Austin in sales who then put me with Michelle in finance who worked her m Purchased a ‘26 x5 for myself. Started out online shopping and dealing with Austin in sales who then put me with Michelle in finance who worked her magic. About a month later, again online, looking for my daughter a x1, ended up talking with Miles in sales (Austin was out) then once again with Michelle who, both times, went above and beyond. Then onto signing with Ava on one and a young gentleman on the other. I can not thank them enough for our experiences and it was definitely worth the 5 hour drive! More
