I've used several dealerships over the years. and found this one to be the least professional. The sales team were all friendly and nice. However, it took over a month to actually obtain any sort and found this one to be the least professional. The sales team were all friendly and nice. However, it took over a month to actually obtain any sort of written sales agreement. I spent hours filling of paperwork the day of the sale, and had made numerous requests for paperwork from several different employees over the course of a month. Finally, when I brought the truck in to have the side-rails installed I received a copy of the paperwork. I was also promised a specific set of side-rails and was told those would be in ones installed but was in fact "misled" as different rails were installed. I sent an email to one a person in higher management about this and received absolutely no response. Therefore, would not recommend this dealership. More
