Outstanding transaction in every way. Top notch dealer. I’ve been looking for a 2019 Corvette for awhile. I had a 2016 Corvette to trade in but it had been recalled for a minor deviation in the customer’s c I’ve been looking for a 2019 Corvette for awhile. I had a 2016 Corvette to trade in but it had been recalled for a minor deviation in the customer’s contract. This led to a red flag in its report. Three dealers in Illinois, refused to even make an offer on what is an outstanding car. I had a particular want list for the new car and nothing seemed to quite fit. I figured I’d give Illinois one more chance to trade fairly. Chevrolet Exchange immediately went to work on making a trade work for me. Not only did they match my trade-in request, they compromised on every aspect of the transaction. My salesman, Danny Trujillo was a true professional in every way. He made the purchase experience seamless and answered all my questions. From start to finish everything was top notch. I won’t hesitate to return to this dealer again. Thanks for everything guys. We leased a new car. This is the third car we have leased from Chevy Exchange, and we would not think of going anywhere else. Everyone in all departments is very knowledg This is the third car we have leased from Chevy Exchange, and we would not think of going anywhere else. Everyone in all departments is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They care for their customers like they would care for their families. Service is superior! We can't say enough about Danny Trujillo. He is the best of the best!! We has helped us when we leased all three of our cars. He listens carefully to our needs and wants and does his very best to find us the car that is right for us and that we will love. In addition, he goes above and beyond to help us (two senior citizens) set up the bells and whistles in our car. Yesterday he helped us set up our navigation system, favorite radio stations, our seat and mirror positions, and paired my cell phone to the car. He suggested things to set up and showed us how to do things in the car that we would never have thought of. He also took much time helping us install the myChevrolet app into my iPhone and explained how to use it. He told us about using points to cover an extra oil change. He is an excellent, patient teacher. We were there for five hours. Even though Danny had to take care of a few other matters while we were there, we always felt like he was giving us all of his attention and never felt rushed. He always had a smile on his face. It's obvious Danny loves his job and loves helping people. Thanks you so much for everything, Danny! More
