My first sales agent has since moved on and I was reassigned to William Rogge (Bill). Bill was very easy to work with and worked with me as a customer by keeping me informed of my truck order status and answering my many questions. Long McArthur, Ford (LMF), knows the process. When I first ordered my maverick I had an email within hours from Ford confirming the order. Watching, Tim Bartz (Ford Video Guy), of LMF was instrumental in understanding and ensured great communication and transparency about the ordering process. Tim’s videos over the last year set high expectations of meeting this team and both Bill and Tim help set a friendly atmosphere. It is hard to explain but it was more like they walked with me through this process and I never felt rushed or attacked or an inconvenience. Bill, always went the extra mile to help out. I'd like to talk about how nice, clean, and organized the dealership was. The restrooms were just as clean as the rest of the building.
