The GM was not nice to me and as I was walking out he said I wasn’t going to buy a car. I was very offended by this as African American woman. In the end, they were quick to fix the issue in the car prior to me taking it home for good. More

Rizza has been selling me and my family cars for many years. My most resent transaction was 9/8/21. As usual the process was very easy and negotiating was fun. Old time sales tactics. Got a beautiful new GMC truck but didn’t like the high pressure I got to purchase it. I was promised service vouchers or some kind of coupon book that I was not given and probably wil didn’t like the high pressure I got to purchase it. I was promised service vouchers or some kind of coupon book that I was not given and probably will never see. Just wish the buying experience could be better to make it more enjoyable but instead I was left wondering if I got taken advantage of. Well live & learn. Make things a little more right with the service coupons and some other kind of follow through and I might consider buying/ service from this dealership in the future. If not then to bad so sad for you guys as I will take my business elsewhere and not recommend using/visiting your dealership to anyone. Frustrated buyer. Purchased vehicle 3/2020 More
