How the Mighty have Fallen. We purchased a wonderfully solid pre-owned vehicle from Branhaven four years ago without any issue - the experience was nothing but pleasant. This yea We purchased a wonderfully solid pre-owned vehicle from Branhaven four years ago without any issue - the experience was nothing but pleasant. This year I was enticed by the Spring incentives taking place, so I brought my car back to look into a new vehicle and into the financing being offered. I was somewhat confused when I was told I needed to place a deposit down on a vehicle in order to apply for a loan, however I was then assured the deposit would be refunded if the loan was denied. A deposit being needed to apply for financing isn't the usual with the dealerships in my part of the State with other vehicles we've purchased - but I was motivated and felt comfortable. My loan was denied; my deposit was never returned. It's now been over one month. I have contacted Bill several times to no avail, and Robert once to no avail. I have now spoken with the State's Attorney General office to step-in and alleviate this issue through legal channels. I'm so sorry this has taken such a turn, however I gave the Branhaven team one month to solve this problem and have not been given an answer since. I will of course update this when the problem is alleviated - because I feel every business requires a fair try. Bottom line - please be very cautious with this dealership and your deposit. They are good people, with seemingly poor business strategy. More

My best car buying experience Went along with my son who was looking for a truck, wasn't expecting to buy a vehicle myself. While my son was discussing a trade in with Sales Manager Bill Larson, I saw a Wrangler on the lot and went to look at it. Bill asked if I was interested in a Wrangler, I said no but I always liked them. He asked if I would like to drive it and I said sure. Needless to say, I bought the Wrangler. Bill was so easy going and non-pressure, personable, knowledgeable and likable. Overall, the entire transaction went seamlessly and entirely without stress. Business Manager Jonathan Minichino was also excellent and very personable as well. In addition, Branhaven will be performing all maintenance on the Wrangler and my Grand Cherokee as well. More

My Jeep was in for service and was given a loaner. The loaner car had all the new bells and whistles which in turn made me want to possibly upgrade. The next weekend I stopped to see what the dealer had on the lot that I might be interested in. I met with the dealer I always see there Bill Larson and ended up finding a car perfect for me. Steve Lakomski in the Finance Department was so helpful and made the financial transaction seamless. I drove my new car off the lot the same day. This is the 4th car I have purchased from Branhaven and will continue to buy my cars from there. More
