On the overall experience…all good. Eager to do work on a vehicle. Overpriced but quality is there. One downside….when a problem arises they pushed back on the owner. A problem they created was not solved until after customer was raked over the coals. The customer was accused of causing an issue clearly caused when the car was in the shop. A lengthy verbal back and forth ensued between manager and customer. Customers appreciate problem solvers. I was put on the defensive defending myself against ridiculous accusations. “Working together” should follow through from start to finish. In addition, customer is always asked to spend more $ on top of a simple appt. Such as an oil change. This is never forced however. More

I am unfortunately disappointed in their service. I bought this car directly from them and have had multiple issues since the sale. This last issue it had to be brought in twice as they were unable t I bought this car directly from them and have had multiple issues since the sale. This last issue it had to be brought in twice as they were unable to take the time to diagnose correctly and on this last time they rushed through and gave me a faulty part that could’ve been very dangerous for my family moving forward. More
