From the first phone call to the minute we drove our new Tahoe off the lot, Bill Ritter was an absolute pleasure to work with. Windgap had it in transit, and Bill was on it immediately. It took 4 days from that first call to driving it off the lot. A dealership in NJ took longer to refund my deposit on a car they promised, but never delivered.
