From the first phone call to the minute we drove our new Tahoe off the lot, Bill Ritter was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had dealt with several dealerships while researching our purchase and foun Tahoe off the lot, Bill Ritter was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had dealt with several dealerships while researching our purchase and found ourselves disappointed. From the old bait & switch, to being told what we were looking for couldn’t be found. Windgap had it in transit, and Bill was on it immediately. It took 4 days from that first call to driving it off the lot. A dealership in NJ took longer to refund my deposit on a car they promised, but never delivered.
