I will say I called earlier today to make another appt and the line was picked up but no one spoke, like the receiver was just taken off the hook. I heard nails clacking on a keyboard in the background. I said hello multiple times, then hung up. I called back and explained my needs but the woman acted like I was interrupting and what did I want. I was eventually transferred to someone who graciously made me an appointment. More

I appreciate Big Star. I barely had my car 2weeks and I got a chip in my windshield my salesman got my windshield fixed as well as my tint that had bubbled (Houston heat).
