Joe was there every step of the way making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the deal. They really took the time to walk me through the process and explain everything thoroughly. I want to start by saying the salesman and finance guy were great, they tried really hard to get me into a new car. The only reason I left a two star or I would of left a one. I got this letter in the mail from Mike Sipila, saying he would pay my existing loan off. LIES!!! I thought to myself, this is to good to be true. I drive a 2016 Jeep and I still owe 23k on it. I test drove a 22k car so I could lower my payment. I pay a little over $500 a month now. Fell in love with the car but I am also not a stupid person and told my husband that I guarantee they wont pay off my car they are just going to try to hide my remaining balance after pay off in a new loan. I was exactly correct. They came over and told me they would give me half of what I owed for my car, haha. Seriously, why send me a letter in the mail and tell me you are going to pay it off if you are not?!?!? So, I went in wasted an entire friday night and got 3 hard pulls on my credit only for them to tell me I had to put some ridiculous amount down and my payment would go up, so I left without a new car, lowered my credit score which I am not happy about. Don't fall for those stupid letters, THEY WILL NOT PAY OFF YOUR LOAN!!!
I purchased a 2017 Explorer off of Blaine & Joe on Friday. I thought it was going to be a complicated deal because I was trading in two vehicles. Blaine & Joe made the transaction a breeze! This is now my third vehicle I have purchased from Carman Ford in the last two years and they have a customer for life!
