Quick, polite, informative We were out of state buyers on the hunt for the perfect mini convertible and happy to have found it at Ferman. Our salesman, Bob, was very informative (explaining all the features and how each worked) and friendly. We purchased the car in a reasonable time and drove off happy. I love we have a small warranty that let us feel we had confidence to drive it 1000 miles away. Overall, a great experience. More
