Worst dealer i have ever been to in my life. A bunch of scammers waiting for someone to walk in so that they can greet them to xxxx. Unprofessional bunch of individuals that are all good for nothing. If I can save someone from Purchasing a vehicle from here I did my good deed. they sold me a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica that turns out to be a Big piece of .... they refused to take it back and forced me into a loan. Corporate is just as much help as the handy man at the dealer. I’m telling you if you want to dance with the devil go right ahead don’t say nobody warned you!!! I will be going to the Bronx news 12 as well as to fox 5 and all media sources that I can reach out to. This will not be the end of me! I won’t give up. Javier Echeverria, Lamar sales manager, Julio financial manager, Rob , service manager, Poor Hector Jimenez salesman really can’t blame , and biggest of all Katy Finn , are all good for nothing, stay away for the last time!!!! Had the car listed for $35,000 i drove 700 miles to purchase it they told me it was $37,000 which is illegal per NyDCA. Had the car has Certified Pre-Owned and failed to sell the car with brakes at 50% purchase it they told me it was $37,000 which is illegal per NyDCA. Had the car has Certified Pre-Owned and failed to sell the car with brakes at 50% life as the tires too never again will i go to this dealership they are not truthful and won’t help shameful to uphold Dodge name! More
