Wouldn't Buy A Car from Anyone Else in the World I recently stopped by Knauz BMW on a Saturday morning, just to see what they had in their inventory. Seven hours later, I walked out, having bou I recently stopped by Knauz BMW on a Saturday morning, just to see what they had in their inventory. Seven hours later, I walked out, having bought two -- not one, two -- X3s from Bob Graziano and George Greve. Four years ago, I had similarly stopped by on a Saturday morning just to "window shop," had met and befriended Bob Graziano, and had walked out with the keys to two BMW sedans, a Z4 and a 328i. On neither day was I planning to buy a car. I bought all four cars because of Bob and George. From the moment I met them, Bob and George were friends, not salesmen, and we talked as friends, not as salesmen and customer. As I always do with car dealers, I told them that I did not come in to buy a car, I did not need one, and I did not especially want one, but that I am always interested in the perfect car at a good value. When I find those cars, then I am in the market for a car. For the next seven hours, we just had a good time, talking families, friends, life -- and last, cars. When we finally got down to business, Bob and George spent literally hours walking me through every car on the lot that I asked about, from soup to nuts, every detail. Then, we designed cars on the computers, to order new from the factory. Then we test-drove every car I wanted to drive. And throughout, they patiently listened to and answered every single one of the endless questions, never hesitating to enlist the help of the entire dealership if they needed. They made me feel like I was the only customer they had in the dealership that busy Saturday, if not the entire year. I wanted some special features installed on both of the X3s that I bought from Bob and George that day, and I needed them installed "yesterday" because, during that big day, Bob, George and I had planned two surprise parties as well. Suffice it to say, these guys moved mountains to have both X3s ready for me. And two days later, two beautiful BMW X3s, each wrapped in outsized gift bows, were delivered to our house by Bob and George when no one was at home -- one for my unsuspecting wife of 34 years and the other for my stunned but deserving college-graduate daughter, who had just finished her first (and successful) year "out in the real world." And we have all been smiling ever since. I wouldn't buy a car from anyone but Knauz and I wouldn't buy a car from anyone at Knauz but Bob and George. They are the best. They are not salesmen; they are friends. They'd do anything for me and I would do anything for them. And I would trust them with anything. After all, I trusted them with the most important thing in life -- my family. A Friend for Life P.S. A BMW "Genius" named Luke Wojtas also helped me that Saturday at Knauz. He's new to the team, but he was so knowledgeable, professional, and customer-friendly that I went out of my way to tell the management at Knauz that he is one of the most impressive young professionals I have ever met. He's so good that if he called me cold and recommended that I come buy a car that he had, I would probably do it -- even if I didn't need it! This young man is going straight to the top! More

She found the best car deal for me that met my requirements and fell within my range. Judy provided me with all the necessary information and contacts to get me rolling. Her follow-up and willingness to assist me in any way was reassuring. Check out the BMW! I am happy to say I just purchased my first BMW and I would be very surprised if it isn’t followed by more in the future. As a creature of habit, I I am happy to say I just purchased my first BMW and I would be very surprised if it isn’t followed by more in the future. As a creature of habit, I had purposely stayed away from this incredible German auto even as my husband has for several years been encouraging me to “check out the BMW.” Since I tend to be the kid transporter, I have needed a large, roomy beast while he has driven the sporty sedan. With teenagers now, I no longer find myself with a carful. So it was time to think about downsizing a bit. Again, my husband suggested, “Check out the BMW.” I talked with friends and family about what they drive and how they like their cars and how they function for them. I narrowed my choices to a few and then gave Bob Graziano at Knauz a call. Very shortly thereafter I received a call from the delightful Judy Powell. And the rest, as they say, is history. Judy is an awesome saleswoman. She is very knowledgeable about the BMW product and is intent on finding the perfect combination of model and options so that you can love your car. Her ready smile and charming personality don’t hurt either. Once the purchase was complete, I received very valuable and enjoyable “tutoring” on this incredible vehicle from Sam Picchietti. He knew everything about the car and had a wonderful manner of teaching. Well-organized. Anticipated questions. Gave just the right amount of information so that I could get started taking advantage of the many, many features of the BMW but not so many as to overwhelm. He asked me to come back in a couple of weeks to learn more and have questions answered. And, of course, he is always only a phone call away in the meantime. I’d say, “Go to Knauz and buy a BMW.” You’ll love the cars and you’ll love the staff. More

I have always found Knauz to be a highly professional dealership, which consistently tries to meet the highest expectations of its customers, and my most recent experience was no exception. Every step in the purchase process, from ordering to financing and delivery, was handled efficiently and effectively by cordial and helpful staff. The new vehicle briefing by "BMW Genius" Spencer Parker was excellent. But most of all, Judy Powell is a terrific sales advisor. She is highly knowledgeable of every detail of the BMW fleet and the purchase and financing process, and truly acts as an advocate for the customer. I have bought ten BMW's in Chicago since my first in 1980, and I think that Knauz and Judy are absolutely the best. More
