He was very nice and did my whole lease inspection without any hassle. While i was waiting for the inspection to be completed i asked him if i could test drive an X4 and X5 40e. He introduced me to Tisha Akulich. He was very nice and knowledgeable and not pressuring at all. After we completed our test drive, I leaned towards the X5 40e. I gave Tisha what type of numbers i was looking for and let him work the rest. To my surprise Tisha and the dealership worked out a great deal for me. I am very pleased with the overall service i received from the Knauz BMW sales team and i am now enjoying my new X5 40e. Highly Recommended. More

Judy Powell - super salesperson! I recently leased a 535i (my 4th one) from Judy Powell at Karl Knauz. My son also purchased the car I was turning in as I had so few miles on it. Judy I recently leased a 535i (my 4th one) from Judy Powell at Karl Knauz. My son also purchased the car I was turning in as I had so few miles on it. Judy, along with Bob Graziano, made this happen with great ease on my part. I'm afraid I was a little confused as to what style car I wanted. I have had several of the same style so I thought I would try something different. Try them I did! Practically all of them! Judy accommodated all of this with the greatest of ease and grace, getting me prices on all of them and looking for colors (very important) as well as how I wanted it appointed (no black carpet!). She finally located THE car out of state. However that dealer had 3 people considering it. Long story short - she worked her magic and I have the car that I love - another 535i! She also had help from the geniuses Luke and Spencer who were both delightful, patient and oh so knowledgeable. Thank you so much to all of them. This is a wonderful way to purchase or lease a car. My husband also purchased his X3 from Judy as well as my son's first BMW. Great experience. Cannot rave enough! More
