I have no idea who Needham Shotwell is. My salesperson was Bobby Bosley, For Bobby, I would rate him 5 stars. There is no excuse to make someone who paid cash (via wire) to have to wait 45+ minutes to get into see the finance guy. This for sure was the longest wait I have ever had NSL from previous purchases. Not until I complained did anyone even come out to say something to me. Very disappointing and not what I expect from NSL. Once in finance, it went very smoothly, but at that point the entire process had already tainted my overall opinion. More
