The entire process the entire communication made me so impressed that I did the deal with him. He was probably one of the best car dealership sales people I’ve met in a long time. He knows the car is very very well and communicates the entire process of the delays and basically does everything he needs to do to make the experience fantastic before you even have to ask him. He’s available whenever you need him and he is a fantastic connection. The finance guy was even friendlier if you can imagine, and I was blown away at the level of service and expectation that they gave us. This is not my first experience with Rallye, I own a MB from Rallye, but Bert Vargas is probably the BEST auto sales person that I have ever dealt with. When I call him he always had the definitive answer from Rallye, but Bert Vargas is probably the BEST auto sales person that I have ever dealt with. When I call him he always had the definitive answer. He work hard to get me to where I wanted to be. There was 1 small glitch with the car when I took delivery and he was all over the issue. He ordered the part and within 3 days he had the part and put it on himself and within 5 minutes I was on my way. For an easy and smooth sale experience there should be more Bert's. In all candidness I did try other BMW dealers but Rallye and with Bert as my sales person it was well worth the trip. Thank you Bert. More
