Bought a 2017 Mirage, that was a bit overpriced, but since it was from a dealer I hoped the extra fee would mean quality. Soon as I plugged in a vehicle diagnostic system there were reported issues with since it was from a dealer I hoped the extra fee would mean quality. Soon as I plugged in a vehicle diagnostic system there were reported issues with oxygen sensor and catalytic converter. How the service department didn’t know this is troubling. Car now barely drives, and I’ve gotten no help from dealership - I’ve had this car 10 days. They watched me drive this vehicle off the lot with a baby in the car knowing it’s not safe! More

This Universal Mitsubishi dealership is my new car dealer! When you walk inside , starting with the lady receptionist until the lady in finance, they welcome you with smile. Zakk the salesman was amazing guy. He was so honest and nice and helpful. He wasn't annoying or pushy person to just sell you a car. He took his time to explain every detail about the car and he was very patient. After buying my car, he explained every detail about the car and he made sure I GOT IT ! Bobby was an awesome, knowledgeable guy who's in this business for long time and his goal was just to help you, so you can get the best deal on your favorite car. He worked very hard to get what I wanted and I got it ! The only bad thing about him is, when it comes to soccer , he's Manchester united fan ( Lol) !!!!!!! Just joking Bobby Now is time to talk about Tiki ! She's the last person of your day ( finance lady) and I can tell that I wish she was the first ,second ,third and last person ! Immediately, pointed us in the direction to Zakk Kim's desk. Such a lovely, helpful and informative salesman. Long story short, we made the purchase of the vehicle we were interested in. A 2016 Mitsubishi, Outlander SEL. What a beauty......what a smooth ride. Bobby was awesome......and what can I say about Tiki, that hasn't been said already. She is beyond......any wonderful compliment about her, please imagine 10-fold. My daughter & I enjoyed our brief time there.
