The overall experience was horrible. The car should never have been given to me with 18% charge. No one in the dealership understood the Tesla app and the paperwork that I needed to regi The car should never have been given to me with 18% charge. No one in the dealership understood the Tesla app and the paperwork that I needed to register with Tesla. That paperwork is required for transfer of the car to me through the tesla app. The car was dirty. No one told me the lot is being blocked off and locked up. My wife’s jeep was locked in the lot, and she needed the car early the next morning. I had to come back to the lot and drive over a curb to get her jeep out. You can see it on your video! Colten and Bogy did great, the sales manager Ed I think (he owns a Volvo hybrid) was great the next day and did what he could to get me to a 22% charge in a couple of hours. I got the paperwork so I could then register the car and use the super charger the next day. No one at the dealership knows enough about a tesla to sell one. My appointment was scheduled the previous day although I was about 15 minutes late. More
