In my opinion this dealership management should be fired for the way they do business. I was quoted a price for my trade-in $12,500 and when they wrote up the paperwork due to my fault in not checking it th for the way they do business. I was quoted a price for my trade-in $12,500 and when they wrote up the paperwork due to my fault in not checking it they only gave me $11,500. When I asked for running boards or floor mats they said the deal was already made and I’d have to do it at my own expense. I would never recommend your dealership. However your salesman was excellent. I’ve never purchased a car where I was not offered incentives and I payed full price. More
