I have received nothing but outstanding customer service every time I have visited this dealership. I have taken my car in for service in everything from routine maintenance to having rear brakes. Never every time I have visited this dealership. I have taken my car in for service in everything from routine maintenance to having rear brakes. Never did I feel that the work being requested was unnecessary or that I was being taken advantage of. The service girls keep me informed as to how the repairs are going. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

I basically just asked for *******UPDATE*******: 5 minutes after submitting this, I got a call from the rohrmans asking how they can make it right. I basically just asked for any reason for me to bring it in and get it fixed, as I had already purchased a new clutch for it. They told me to bring it in and they would replace it free of charge and also they replaced the flywheel. I was not expecting this type of treatment and they absolutely changed my views 180 degrees on how I feel about coming back. 2 weeks after buying my wrx, I found out the clutch was slipping. I called and asked if there was anything they could do, not looking for a check to fix it, but some arrangement so that it could help with my cost to have it replaced, and I was told no. After taking much less than what my trade in value was for my truck, and this mechanical problem with my car, I will never be back. I have been a loyal customer to rohrman subaru for over a decade. I bought many cars from the group. Not anymore.. They have lost my business forever. I should have listened to everyone else telling me not to go there. Lesson learned. More

The sales people there are scammers and lie to Subaru employees telling us that the 500 maintenance package covers the tire and rim repair. I went in there trying to sell them my Subaru ascent to get ano employees telling us that the 500 maintenance package covers the tire and rim repair. I went in there trying to sell them my Subaru ascent to get another lease and the management tried to hustle me and asked me to give them 1000 dollars and they would buy out the lease. I told them I didn’t have it so they asked me for 500 cash then I told them I would go somewhere else and they insisted I sell to them and didn’t have to give any money down More

The service department is an absolute joke. My vehicle was damaged by the staff and it is clear that is what happened, however NO ONE was willing to accept any responsibility for their actions.
