Garber showed a complete disregard for customer service, needless to say I did not nor will I ever return to Garber Honda. I absolutely dreaded having to “restart.” Luckily, Ide Honda specifically Brad turned my experience into a pleasant one! There was zero bull being pulled, straight to the point and provide feedback on exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. Brad is knowledgeable, experienced, educated, and genuinely kind, a real people person! All in all the whole experience took 2 hours from when I walked in (a scheduled appointment) to when I picked up my new car. I can’t say enough great things about Brad and the Ide Honda team as a whole. I will recommend Ide Honda to anyone any day! More

The back and forth, the feeling that I'm being bamboozled, snide comments, unwanted pressure...I am a dedicated Honda customer but I have never enjoyed the experience of buying a new car...Until now. Ide Honda, and SPECIFICALLY, BRAD CONSTANTINO, completely changed this experience. Brad Constantino was an absolute joy to deal with and he is, by far, the best salesman I have ever worked with. First, he recognizes that individuals are working within specific budgets and begins by really listening to the customer. He gets to know his client, and you get the feeling that he is really working to meet your needs and to provide you with a quality product. He's a family man himself and knows his product. He knows what features are needed for a family with young kids and is straightforward with you in terms of what you need and what might be extraneous. He was extremely patient as he considered my questions and worked with the finance department to develop a plan that I could be comfortable with and afford. Throughout the process, he was extremely accessible and promptly answered any questions I had. Even after the purchase was done, he continued to be helpful when I had questions about DMV documents, etc. Brad Constantino is honest and courteous and made this experience actually quite enjoyable. There is NO DOUBT that I will continue to do business with him as long as he continues to sell cars. I'd give him 20 stars if possible! Thanks Brad! More

Brad Constantino is simply wonderful! I have gotten 3 or 4 leases thru him and each time it gets easier and better. My most recent experience was summer of 2023 and I now have a 2024 CRV- I have gotten 3 or 4 leases thru him and each time it gets easier and better.
