Over charge on parts and labor While the service was done promptly this service department charges way more than the manufactured suggested retail price on parts. My warranty will o While the service was done promptly this service department charges way more than the manufactured suggested retail price on parts. My warranty will only pay the MSRP. Therefore I became responsible for the additional fee on every part used to fix my vehicle. What was supposed to be a $100 deductible turned into a $207 cost. I’d recommend going to a service department that doesn’t overcharge their patrons. More

Saturday morning check in was a disaster I have had good experience when booking an appointment and check in with Charles Williams only took minutes. But last Saturday ( October 18) I brought I have had good experience when booking an appointment and check in with Charles Williams only took minutes. But last Saturday ( October 18) I brought my car in to have a tire checked because of a problem created by master Cadillac in aiken. I stood one hour in line to have my car checked in. I was there at 8:10 and it was 9:15 before I got to the counter to check in. One person was repairing a credit card machine, helping. To create an invoice, check in customers and answer the phone. There were 6 customers in front of me and 6 behind me. After checking in I waited in lounge for 1 hour and 45 minutes and no one had yet looked at my car. At 11 I picked my car up and left. I went to jiffy lube and had the tire fixed in less than 10 minutes. More

Awful I just bought a GMC Yukon &this is my first time taking it to the dealer for an oil change and service. 1st I placed an appt online, when I arrived, I just bought a GMC Yukon &this is my first time taking it to the dealer for an oil change and service. 1st I placed an appt online, when I arrived, they had no records of my appt. 2nd there was a representative complaining about having too many clients, in front of all clients.... how unprofessional. Also, I asked was there anything wrong with it. They didn't put anything on the report but verbally told me some concerns. I noticed after picking it up, it is sounding like it is going to cut off while I'm stopped with my foot on the brake. I hope they didn't mess it up because it didn't do that before I dropped it off. More

Everyone from the lady who scheduled the appointment (she made sure that I knew where they were located and who my service advisor would be), to the personnel that greeted we when I arrived, to my service advisor (Brad Gillespie, you’re awesome man!) to the mechanic who worked on my car; everyone made me feel welcome and wanting to continue to do business with this dealership! Great Job!!! More
