Terrible service department Took vehicle in for air conditioner and backup camera warranty work. Held the vehicle 7 days after saying it would be a 2-3 day turnaround. Got the ca Took vehicle in for air conditioner and backup camera warranty work. Held the vehicle 7 days after saying it would be a 2-3 day turnaround. Got the car back and the air worked great, however a few days later we notice issue with the backup camera every so often. I was planning to take it back then receive a call from a lady asking if I still need my part? When I asked what part she stated something to do with the backup camera. Haven’t been back I will take the car somewhere else to get the rest of this warranty work done. It will cost me $100 to take it elsewhere but it’s totally worth it. Careful when using these folks! More

Quality on time service. We use this dealership for both of our vehicles. We haven’t used another center since 2012 when we bought our Acadia from there. We have always gotten great service and the prices are reasonable, sometimes better than places we’ve used in the past. Thanks again and we’ll see y’all soon!! More

Schedule maintenance oil change I was happy with the service but it took 2 hours and 45 minutes for a oil change when I had a scheduled appointment with the service department. Basic Service The customer service level was pretty basic couldn't even get a complimentary wash. They go above and beyond! The dealership goes above and beyond to make sure my expectations are met. From signing up for an appointment on the app to speeding check in and out. Customers service needs some improvement Dropped my truck off for an oil change and have a seat belt replaced because it was locked up. Adviser called to let me know the truck was ready and t Dropped my truck off for an oil change and have a seat belt replaced because it was locked up. Adviser called to let me know the truck was ready and to sell me on an air filter. I told them ok I would come later to get the truck but how was the seat belt. The adviser told me they had to order parts and they would arrive in the morning. My opinion is that the seat belt is a safety issue and the adviser didn't even bother to mention the issue and wanted me to come pick up my truck. I didn't have a loaner vehicle so why not ask me to leave the truck or even mention the seat belt. The service adviser could of gave me some options to maybe pick it up the next day after parts arrive. Probably because it is a warranty paying job and they don't care. When ever I walk in the service department I feel like none of the advisers care about their customers and only want to push vehicles through that make money. When I was there picking up my truck another customer was complaining about their service also and how it has gotten worse. More
