No I am the General Sales Manager.... again I have nothing to do with service. I don't run from assisting customers who have "sales" issues. You need to reach out to Matt Burch. Again I will ask you to please untag me from the review. I understand you're frustrated but it has nothing to do with me.

Chris you are the General Manger correct? Your job is to make sure your building, including the service department is taking care of the customers not running from them when they come up to talk to you. What kind of customer service are you giving if you run and hide from customers? Obliviously my car was not serviced like I was told for the engine knocking sensor and now I was told by your service manager Matt that you guys didn't fix it when it clearly states on my paper work that's what the car was in there for along with window seals that were also damaged by the window tint company that took over 8 months to fix. But you don't want to get involved and push it off on someone else when your above else. This is the worst customer service I've ever recieved and I will be contacting kia. Thanks for absolutely no help.
