It was my first time purchasing at BMW Silver Spring and so happy that we made that decision! Everyone at the entire dealership was courteous and friendly! We have purchased our previous BMW's at other deal so happy that we made that decision! Everyone at the entire dealership was courteous and friendly! We have purchased our previous BMW's at other dealers and you cannot even compare the customer service, level of professionalism and genuinity that Gen and his team demonstrated. I have also purchased from other manufactures and finance always tried to throw in unnecessary things that are overlooked by customers. However, that was not the case here! Gen was honest, real, quick, and made the process smooth and not feel like one has been scammed!He was very knowledgable, straightforward and helped navigate this last step so smoothly. More
