Always been hesitant to visit dealers bc of how long it takes and sales ppl insisting on selling unnecessary things (at least to me). I went online to search for a new odyssey and Eddi from Valley Honda Au takes and sales ppl insisting on selling unnecessary things (at least to me). I went online to search for a new odyssey and Eddi from Valley Honda Aurora reached out to me via phone (I don’t like to talk to sales ppl on phone) so I didn’t answer, he emailed me and I replied and stated to him what exactly I was looking for and that I wanted to spend the least amount of time inside dealership. Honestly I was expecting this situation to go just like plenty others BUT it didn’t! Eddi and his manager Brandon were super easy to work with, understanding, helpful, and efficient. I asked to see some pictures of the car I wanted to buy and Brandon went outside on a super cold snowy day and took a video showing me all the details I asked for which floored me bc again I wasn’t expecting that level of service. Needless to say I decided that even tho this particular dealership is farther from home, the travel was worth the service I was receiving. I got exactly what I asked for and none of the things I said no to and picked up my car with total time of 1.5hrs spent inside the dealership. My husband and I left happy with service. We will be back even if we need to travel a bit farther. Thank you!! More
