Overall I’m very happy with my purchase experience at Five Star Subaru on my 2024 Outback Wilderness. My salesman Joe Tareen was great. The only real aspect that I was less than satisfied with was I made Five Star Subaru on my 2024 Outback Wilderness. My salesman Joe Tareen was great. The only real aspect that I was less than satisfied with was I made 3-4 trips to the Parts Center while I was waiting on one thing or another to purchase seat back protectors and a hat or two, but could not get any assistance while I was there. I received a head nod once but that was all. Never ended up making my purchases there. Front desk personnel were all great, made small talk with other sales staff and they were all great as well.
