This is my 5th Subaru and I was due The service manager was kind enough to tell me the slowest part of the day so I could get in on walk in service. This is my 5th Subaru and I was due for my first 6000 mile service on it. Before I could get scheduled I got a nail in the sidewall of the drivers rear tire. So I needed to get in quickly. I got there and Sean was my advisor and they did my service which included the tire rotation. So it made it easy to check the tires. They quoted me a price to replace the tire that was more than fair. I mean everyone talks about the dealer being expensive and I have not found that to be true at all. I had a price from Discount tire when I stopped in two days earlier to get air. The dealer at Five Star Subaru quoted a price to replace the same exact tire at 55% less than Discount. Even though it was a great price you can't help be a bit frustrated because you had the bad luck to get a road hazard on a brand new Subaru tire. I guess we looked frustrated as we were checking out. I always purchase the extended service package on my Subaru because it is such a good value. The advisor Dyson said we got this for you this time, and they rolled in the cost of replacing the tire for me. That is the service you get at 5 Star. I am not just saying that because I saved on the tire. The place is always spotless, the people from the sales rep to receptionist is always like your friend. I stop by and grab a coffee sometimes and visit with them. Just the best bunch you ever experience.
