Greatest car buying experience in 2019 OMFG! I just got my dream car from BranHaven Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler and Ram dealer located at 348 West Main St. Brandford,Ct. Where should I start....l OMFG! I just got my dream car from BranHaven Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler and Ram dealer located at 348 West Main St. Brandford,Ct. Where should I start....lol! I called about a car and spoke with a young lady by the name of Jennifer. She was very sweet over the phone as well as at the dealership. When I arrived on Saturday to check out the car, I was welcomed with tons of smile’s by each employee. Everyone is super friendly. I was told someone would be with me shortly. That’s when I met Brandon. Brandon was Sharp! Brandon was Dressed Nicely and his smile was from ear to ear. Brandon and a guy that I like to call “Behind the scenes” JONATHAN....(LOL) has helped me get the car that I’ve always wanted. Jonathan is also super sweet and down to earth. He’s really the “GUY BEHIND THE SCENES”. All the numbers was punched in and I got a excellent rate and price for my 2018 Dodge Challenger(HAHA). Terrible. If you want to have the wool pulled over your eyes do business with Brandon or Carlos. If a dealer tells you the trade amount for your vehicle is 29k, If you want to have the wool pulled over your eyes do business with Brandon or Carlos. If a dealer tells you the trade amount for your vehicle is 29k, one would expect that you can factor in your own CT tax credit, not that they have added it into their underhanded number already. Manager couldn’t even keep his cool when I called him out. Raised his voice and then immediately said he would refund our deposit. Guess this happens often. Backdoor tactics. More
