Brandon did well as just a service advisor but the tech xxxx the bed.. First of all when you try to tell someone they have an oil leak you would see it before you change the oil so the oil would be dark co xxxx the bed.. First of all when you try to tell someone they have an oil leak you would see it before you change the oil so the oil would be dark colored..not look like fresh oil…this tech tried to say I had an oil leak on my crv… Second i got the car check by two different 15+ year mechanics (ACTUALLY THEY BOTH USE TO WORK FOR HONDA AND ACURA) and there was no oil leak so what I feel was Honda was trying to get $180 out of me for no reason at all and thats not right at all.. I also park the car in a garage no oil spot on the floor… First I get the call and Brandon tells me “hey we looked at the car before (January) and told you that there was an aftermarket bolt” well you did tell me that sir but then I paid honda for the OEM bolt no problem and that was in January..April came got an oil change no problem so now July i have an oil leak out of nowhere cut the xxxxxxxx…So with that being said i will never service my car here ever again… They call the Dealership the Stealer-ship for a reason real sad that you guys cant be trusted More

I had so much bad experience. They lost my car’s bottom engine plate and nobody notified me about it. Now they are blaming us that I lost it. Now they don’t wanna fix it at all. I am enjoying my new Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L,however, there are somethings to get use to. Walk Away Auto Lock doesn't always work, also this car doesn't have a Compass to let you know the direction you a there are somethings to get use to. Walk Away Auto Lock doesn't always work, also this car doesn't have a Compass to let you know the direction you are driving East, West,North or South, sometimes the Brake System light stays on about 30 Seconds the Sensors are pretty good. Otherwise the car is great the new Technologies are really changing the way we dive. Other then that I am enjoying my new Honda Accord. Thank you, Dale Oliver More
