The vehicle was inspected by our Service Manager. The under carriage of the vehicle showed damage from road debris impacting it and that is what caused damage to the shield. Our service manager showed this evidence to the customer at the time of inspection.

We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with your service experience with us, but assure you we were trying to keep you safe and look out for the longevity of your vehicle. All of our tech recommendations are based on the conditions of the items on the vehicle or what is needed for the vehicle’s proper care. Our tech noted all 4 of the tires were dry, cracked, and rotting and needed replacing to avoid a blowout. When new tires are installed, they need to be balanced and aligned. To keep up the proper care of the vehicle and keep it functioning properly for you, it was time for the Coolant System Service. We assure you that we do not recommend services that are not needed. But they are just that, recommendations- you, as the owner, get to decide what gets done on your vehicle at all times. We truly are looking out for your safety and the safety of all our customers. Additionally, we want your vehicle to last as long as you need it to and help protect your investment. We are happy to help with these items and service your vehicle in the future.
