Obviously in my experience with Colonial Ford of Plymouth, almost nothing has gone right. Promises have been broken, Parts paid for in Packages ordered have not been installed properly or installed Plymouth, almost nothing has gone right. Promises have been broken, Parts paid for in Packages ordered have not been installed properly or installed at all (such as my Lux Package, I did not get the wireless phone charger that is on my build, on my order but when the Service techs checked they told me I wan not given one at all. Most of my questions have not been addressed or answered and once I started to try to get the Sales and General Manager to discuss my issues and started to respond to surveys with the truthful problems I had brought to their attention, everyone at Colonial went on the dark with no more responses almost as if taking with me was akin to admitting guilt.. I have a lot to say that hast been discussed here but the experience I had has actually ruined my enjoyment of what should have been a wonderful vehicle. . I have also spoken to Ford Corporate and they recommended I send the whole story (so far) to a different address in DearBorn Michigan with stamped envelope mail the old fashioned way a few days ago. The Ford Complaint Dept personnel I spoke with said this is the only way to get Ford to do something and he also said Ford will definitely help me. I hope so, but I worry as if Colonial Ford doesn't put it down on paper I am now sure they will say its a he said/she said. My wife though was present when I had my first conversation with the General Manager and when the Sales Manager told me that they were going to add $8000 onto my agreed upon price AFTER I signed the Contract and paid my deposit. I told the Sales Mgr that that would be against the law and I would make sure he would be in trouble with the law. So the General Manager at Colonial Ford called me with my wife in the car saying that I was correct that it would be against the law and that the Sales Mgr would be fired, but that never happened. I am almost 70 yrs old and never in my life have I heard of anything as bad as my experience. More
