I filled up my tank on Thursday the 12th then drive 2 hours to Pasco, so ended up with half a tank on the car I traded in and was given the new car without a full or even half tank of gas. Kept pushing me to get all this coverage and force me to pay almost 750$ a month when I told them multiple times no I can not afford that. As well as saying they could get my rate down if they ran my credit, which is a lie. You are not guaranteed to get my rate from 5.76 to 4.99, but was very admit that he could and trying to go through a bank that isn’t even remotely close to where I live. I also wanted customized plates and they completely by passed that and just went ahead and did random plates and I now have to wait until they come into the mail in order to get them custom now and pay another fee of 174$. Also when I came into look at the car, it did not have the roof rack and was informed that it didn’t come with it even though the pictures advertised that it did. Just seemed very misled on everything. More

Loved our sales person but the guy that was doing the warranty sales was extremely frustrating. No matter how many times I said no he continued to push. He would have rather I said yes than not be able t warranty sales was extremely frustrating. No matter how many times I said no he continued to push. I finally said yes to the lowest possible to get him to just stop. Totally wanted to get a second job… Pushing and guilt tripping customers like that is extremely unprofessional and pointless. It might be a little bit more to you because you want the sale, but even 5 dollars is a lot to me. More
