They also require face masks to be worn by everyone inside the building. They are taking the threat of COVID-19 seriously and taking steps to deal with it. We went through the process of completing paper work for the vehicle we purchased. It was smooth and was handled very efficiently without a lot of paper. All in all, I was impressed by the cleanliness, efficiency and courteousness we saw during our brief visit there. More

I had been buying vehicles from CarMax, but when they did respond to a request and later pulled up a damaged, dirty Lexus LS 460 with cuts in the body, had been buying vehicles from CarMax, but when they did respond to a request and later pulled up a damaged, dirty Lexus LS 460 with cuts in the body, I think I was done. Northside Lexus offers certified used vehicles that are clean and have a more extensive inspection process. The vehicle there was very clean and parked in the garage.
